Role & responsibilities Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience on AEM (full stack) is mandatory. Strong experience of Java in the context of AEM and overall best AEM practices. AEM developer tools Strong experience with AEM building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets, and bundles Experience. Experience in HTML/5, CSS, JavaScript ,jQuery. Experience with one or more Java concepts and patterns including Java/J2EE, JSP, JUnit, Sling web framework and Apache Felix OSGI framework. Experience with project automation technologies like: Jenkins, Rundeck, Maven, Jira and GitHub. Working knowledge of web technologies like Tomcat, Apache http. Content delivery networks(Akamai) Working knowledge of Linux scripting languages and scripting skills in Python. Working knowledge of Linux environments and hands on experience with Linux (command-line). Proficiency in troubleshooting techniques using SQL queries and other diagnostic tools. Triaging any issue reported by customers or stake holders, including code level debugging. Analyze issues for root cause and providing code fixes for business critical incidents. Debug the issues in components, templates, dialogs, and workflows using the AEM architecture (Sling, CRX, OSGI, JCR). Identifying opportunities to automate or optimize tooling or the customer experience while providing the technical solutions. Collaborate with internal support teams and 3rd party vendors on problems and solutions. Drive issues to resolution with Service Desk, providing consistent and high level communication updates to stake holders. Ensure Service Level Agreements are met by providing regular progress updates. Work with Release Manager, QA, and project teams to coordinate deployments and tasks for feature launches. Excellent communication skills for effective issue escalation when necessary.
