AEM Architect

Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced AEM Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, with a primary focus on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and additional expertise in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, or other Adobe products. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AEM architecture, cross-product integration, and system scalability, ensuring seamless digital experiences. Key Responsibilities: Design and architect multi-solution Adobe Experience Cloud implementations, aligning with business and technical requirements. Lead end-to-end implementation of AEM and other Adobe products, ensuring smooth integrations between different solutions. Define best practices, governance, and security standards for Adobe Experience Cloud implementations. Collaborate with business stakeholders, UX designers, and developers to deliver high-quality digital experiences. Provide technical leadership to development teams, conducting code reviews and mentoring team members. Optimize Adobe solutions for performance, scalability, and security. Work with Adobe Cloud Services, on-premise AEM, and hybrid environments. Integrate AEM with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, CRM, DAM, and other marketing technology platforms. Manage and configure AEM Dispatcher for caching, security, and content delivery optimization. Stay updated with the latest Adobe Experience Cloud releases, best practices, and industry trends. Required Skills & Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5+ years in Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. Strong expertise in AEM 6.x (Sites, Assets, Forms), OSGi, Sling, JCR, and Dispatcher. Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, or other Adobe Experience Cloud products. Proficiency in Java, HTL (Sightly), JSP, Servlets, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React/Angular/Vue.js). Experience in AEM Workflows, Multi-Site Management (MSM), and Content Fragments. Hands-on experience with Cloud deployment (AEM as a Cloud Service), AWS, Azure, or GCP. Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, and version control tools like Git, Jenkins, and Cloud Manager. Knowledge of SEO, accessibility, and performance optimization for AEM sites. Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) certification in multiple Adobe Experience Cloud products (AEM + at least one other). Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Valid AEM Certification is must have
