Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Jharkhand Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) Compliance & Resolution: Represent clients in matters related to Jharkhand RERA. Provide legal solutions for disputes involving real estate projects. Ensure regulatory compliance and assist in resolving issues concerning real estate transactions. Handling Court Cases Related to Real Estate & Civil Law: Represent clients in various civil court proceedings, including property disputes, contract enforcement, and financial settlements. Prepare pleadings, affidavits, and legal arguments for real estate and civil cases. Daily Civil Case Management: Provide legal counsel on civil matters such as property ownership, tenancy rights, inheritance, and financial agreements. Assist clients in resolving disputes through litigation or negotiation. Land Registration & Documentation: Manage new land registration processes, ensuring compliance with local laws. Verify documentation, assess legal validity, and facilitate ownership transfer. Drafting Agreements for Customer Flats & Real Estate Transactions: Prepare and review sale agreements, lease contracts, and builder-buyer agreements. Ensure legal compliance and protection of client interests in real estate transactions. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university; additional specialization in real estate law preferred.
