Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Advocate with strong credentials in corporate legal services, intellectual property (IP) registration, and consumer litigation. The ideal candidate will be authorized to represent clients before the Registrar of Companies (ROC), Trademark Registry, Patent Office, and consumer forums. --- Key Responsibilities: 1. Company Law & Incorporation Incorporate private limited, LLP, and OPC entities via MCA portal. File and certify incorporation documents using SPICe+, e-MOA, e-AOA. Advise clients on compliance with the Companies Act, 2013. Draft shareholder agreements, board resolutions, and legal opinions. 2. Intellectual Property (IPR) File and manage Trademark, Copyright, and Patent applications. Conduct trademark searches and respond to objections/notices. Liaise with IP India offices and maintain client IP portfolios. 3. Consumer Litigation Draft and file consumer complaints before District, State, and NCDRC forums. Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and arguments. Maintain case timelines, evidence management, and client communication. 4. Advisory & Compliance Advise startups and MSMEs on legal structuring, regulatory issues, and risk mitigation. Draft legal notices, contracts, NDAs, terms & conditions, privacy policies, etc. Ensure client data and do cuments are handled with confidentiality.
