Job Description:
Legal Capital Law Firm is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Advocate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong research skills, drafting ability, and a passion for litigation and client handling.

Responsibilities:

• Handle litigation matters in Civil, Criminal, Family, and Corporate cases
• Draft legal notices, petitions, affidavits, and case-related documents
• Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs
• Assist senior advocates in hearings and court procedures
• Attend court proceedings, client meetings, and documentation work
• Maintain case files and ensure timely updates
• Coordinate with clients for case-related queries

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• LLB/LLM from a recognized university
• Enrolled with State Bar Council
• Knowledge of drafting, pleadings & court procedures
• Good communication skills (verbal & written)
• Ability to handle multiple case files
• Willingness to learn and grow under senior guidance
