Advisor, Services Project Program Management

As a Services Project/Program Management Advisor on the Services Project/Program Management Team in Penang, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and implementation of new products and services. Your primary focus will be on supervising external clients" projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring technical compatibility, and coordinating interdepartmental activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget constraints. Your key responsibilities will include: - Preparing detailed project plans and reviewing/validating statement of works (SOW) - Providing direction to the team throughout the project for both overall delivery and daily management of activities - Taking ownership of quality assurance to ensure project delivery to scope - Building strong, dynamic relationships through communications with customers, management, sales, and delivery personnel - Articulating the full value of Dell Solutions and Dell Services business benefits to customers, identifying future business opportunities To excel in this role, you are required to have: Essential Requirements: - 5 to 8 years of experience as a services project or program manager, successfully delivering projects on time and budget - Exceptional leadership and motivational skills - Strong knowledge of associated services and solutions - Focus on quality and results, with a desire to maximize the commercial value of customer relationships Desirable Requirements: - Bachelor's degree - Recognized project management certification At Dell Technologies, we believe in the power of each individual to make an impact.
