Job Title: Advisor Voice Process (Food Online Delivery BPO) Location: Bangalore Job Type: Full-Time Shift: Rotational / Night Shift (as per business requirement) Job Summary As an Advisor in the BPO Food Delivery Voice Process, you will be the frontline support for customers, ensuring timely and accurate assistance across various communication channels. Your role is pivotal in enhancing customer satisfaction, resolving issues, and maintaining seamless operations between customers, delivery partners, and restaurants. Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction : Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback related to food delivery services. Issue Resolution : Resolve issues concerning order status, refunds, cancellations, and delivery delays, ensuring a positive customer experience. Order Management : Coordinate with restaurants and delivery partners to facilitate timely order processing and delivery. Data Maintenance : Accurately update customer records, order details, and service logs in the CRM system. Quality Assurance : Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of service quality and compliance. Performance Metrics : Achieve and exceed individual and team targets for customer satisfaction, response time, and issue resolution. Feedback Loop : Provide insights and feedback to management on recurring issues, potential improvements, and customer sentiments. Qualifications & Skills Education : Minimum 12th pass/Diploma/graduates/undergraduates preferred. Experience : 02 years in customer service or BPO environments, preferably within the food delivery or e-commerce sector. Communication : Good communication skill in English, Hindi, Kannada strong verbal and written communication skills. Technical Proficiency : Basic knowledge of CRM software, MS Office, and online food delivery platforms. Soft Skills : Empathy, active listening, problem-solving, multitasking, and attention to detail. Flexibility : Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and schedules.
