Cotton Candy Communications, a fast-growing start-up ad agency in Mumbai, is on the lookout for a talented Client Acquisition Associate . The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver at heart who thrives in a team environment. You will help create and manage relationships with new clients through networking, and lead generation. Role & responsibilities Maintain a database using your organizational skills to streamline client acquisition processes Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate firms Create and execute business development strategies to achieve targets Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong understanding of the advertising landscape and market trends Preferred candidate profile 1-3 years experience of driving business growth in the advertising world Possess business contacts or the zest to develop corporate relations BMM/ BMS with prior experience in advertising industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills Possess excellent negotiation skills Highly organized with excellent attention to detail A desire to learn and grow How your day will look like as a CAE Work on building relations with prospective companies Set-up/ attend meetings with the client Be available for client calls and resolve issues pertaining to any ambiguity Once a month in-person meet for strategising Perks and benefits Competitive salary Performance based bonus & positional milestone bonuses Quarterly brand coupons (yeah, we want you to spend some time on yourself ) Why Join Us Remote working (Only till 2025) Opportunity to grow with a young and food loving team!
