Worst organisation ever no one takes authority for employees and manager plays around with the partiality system and one fine day they just throw out without any reason pathetic and so sick people no job security

Worst company. No value for HR rules and policies. Team leads treat employees like slaves.. There is no concept of taking feedback from team mates about their Manager and Team lead..!!!

Stupidest company policy ever. Ex: Aug 15 is holiday for general shift employees and not for night shift as if after 6 it’s not an independence day. Same goes for leave policy, say if you plan to take leaves on Friday and Monday then it’s four days leave. They talk about hipaa but it’s nothing to them.
