It's been great time working with advantmed.. I never feel like working place where we always targeted and pressurised to work. Here we enjoy our work with fun and other activities. HR's are too active in organising competitions and games.. Environment is too good to survive for a long time..

A good culture, good working atmosphere and good paid salary is not everything being an Organization management should think about there employees who were a part of Advantmed no matter employee is still with the organization or not. Being mean and partial to there employee will never take you on a wide grown level.

Well all I want to say is "BAKWAS COMPANY", Whatever you do for the company they revert you nothing for it. Increment is like a joke and salary is a big joke for all employees. Management is whole and sole and if you argue you are fired. This company works on simple strategy that Hire n Fire.

Worst experience in interview.A non technical person takes an interview for
3 year experience person.He don't want technical answer, he wants only those sentense which is written in his word file.Comically he judge the developer. Please keep technical person for an interview who can understand developer.
