Role Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive - Order Processing & Logistics to join our team in Mumbai for an on-site, full-time role. The primary responsibilities include handling and processing customer orders efficiently, coordinating with logistics for timely dispatch and delivery, maintaining communication with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, and resolving any issues related to orders or delivery. Additionally, you will be required to manage and monitor processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address inquiries and resolve customer concerns effectively Experience in Customer Service Management to ensure operational efficiency and maintain service levels Excellent Interpersonal Skills to build and maintain positive client relationships A focus on Customer Satisfaction and a proactive approach to improving client experiences Ability to work on-site in Mumbai with strong time management and organizational skills Basic proficiency in logistics operations and order processing is highly desirable Familiarity with the semiconductor or electronics industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or any related field
