As aSenior Procurement Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Procurementand Contract Management department by overseeing purchasing, free-issued items,and contractual agreements for NN and other customer projects. Yourresponsibilities will include driving cost-effective procurement strategies,negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring adherence tolegal and regulatory requirements. You will work to mitigate risks, optimizecosts, and monitor supplier performance while streamlining procurementprocesses to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. Location: Bangalore,India Department Procurement &Contract Management Expected travel activity: Depending onprojects travelling must be expected to Denmark (20%) How you might spend your days Prepare procurement strategy and plan and be one-point-of-contact for procurement & contract management on large/complex projects/portfolios. Assist Project VP/Director in stakeholder management Execute procurement management activities in large/complex projects/portfolios: supplier selection, tendering, evaluation, negotiation, contract drafting, clarify legal issues etc. Coordinate project planning with relevant project stakeholders Be able to make a BD and CD, meaning participation in the forum to develop strategy, plan ad how the work packages are split as well as create a gross list of potential suppliers. Be the threshold as to what needs to be tendered out and challenge and invite stakeholders and customer to discuss the set up Be able to manage a project and a team Handling of disputes and conflicts Ensure reporting to project management on procurement, -procurement controlling and risk mitigation. Participate in cost estimating of procurement and TIC on projects Supervise work and do on-the-job training of Procurement and Contract Managers Develop and implement procurement and contract management standards and processes Ad-hoc sales support and tasks as assigned Ensure use of our NNE mandatory standards and guidelines wherever possible Who you are At NNE, we care aboutwho you are as a person. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to succeed in thisrole Education MSc. in Engineering, Law, Business or other relevant degree Fluent inEnglish, spoken and written Experience15+ years of experience within technical purchasing, building construction, commercial and contract management disciplines Extensive experience with negotiation of contracts and claims Experience from a project driven organization Success criteria Planning and progress evaluation/communication skills Commercial leader of procurement and contract management activities Punctual execution and handover of procurement activities according to agreed costs, timeline, and technical requirements. Post contract award, close follow-up on cost development vs budget Punctual execution of post award contract activities according to agreed administration and change management procedures, systems, and tools Role model for Procurement and Contract Managers and Purchasers Networking with internal stakeholders, suppliers/contractors, customers, and other relevant parties to further develop business and competence development Cooperate with NNE-India in alignment with internal Procurement & Contract Management guidelines QMS and NNE systems in compliance Act as a professional partner and trusted advisor for NNE customers Solve tasks with competency, diligence and on time Facilitate customer satisfaction Decision power- according to signature rules in QMS Innovation & initiative Propose and participate in development of NNEs procurement and contract management capabilities Make NNEs procurement and contract management capabilities visible to potential customers Communication & stakeholders
