Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing ad campaigns across social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Conduct audience research to identify trends, behaviors, and targeting opportunities
• Support the creative team with ad copywriting, visuals, and concept brainstorming
• Monitor campaign performance and compile weekly reports
• Help manage A/B tests, budgets, and basic analytics
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams on various initiatives

Eligibility Criteria:

• Passion for digital marketing, advertising, or media
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital ad trends
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
