Role Description This is a full-time role for a Senior Designer based in Pune. The Senior Designer will be responsible for creating, managing, and presenting design concepts, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams, and ensuring design solutions match the client’s vision while adhering to project timelines and budgets. They will play a key role in mentoring junior team members and contributing to the development of innovative workplace designs. Qualifications Proficiency in design tools such as CAD software, 3D modeling, and visualization tools. Strong skills in design strategy, project management, and delivering creative solutions aligned with client needs. Experience in space planning, workplace design, and understanding of industry standards. Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Relevant experience in a similar role; a degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields is preferred. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work under pressure. Knowledge of sustainable design practices and emerging industry trends is a plus.
