About the Role: We’re seeking an Intermediate IT Support & Systems Administrator with strong communication skills, experience managing Microsoft 365 environments, and familiarity with LMS platforms. You’ll support the IT operations of BTT College, a private career college based in Toronto, Canada, ensuring that students and faculty can rely on stable, secure, and well-managed systems. This role combines hands-on IT administration, cloud systems management, and an opportunity to contribute to web development or DevOps projects during quieter periods. Responsibilities: IT Systems Administration Manage and administer Microsoft 365 , Exchange Online , Entra ID (Azure AD) , and related cloud tools. Configure and maintain Microsoft Purview and security/compliance policies. Handle user provisioning, license management, and issue resolution across multiple systems (Email, Zoom, LMS, etc.). Respond promptly to IT support tickets through Jira Service Management (JSM) and maintain SLAs. LMS & Academic Technology Support Administer and maintain SaaS-based Learning Management Systems (LMS) (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard). Support students and faculty with account setup, access, and troubleshooting. Coordinate with academic teams to ensure smooth delivery of digital learning tools. Monitoring & Maintenance Monitor systems and analytics dashboards using tools such as Microsoft Clarity , GlitchTip , and Grafana . Identify recurring issues and recommend automation or process improvements. Development & Automation During quieter support hours, collaborate with the development team on: Frontend or backend coding tasks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or frameworks of choice), or DevOps-related work (e.g., Cloudflare , AWS , automation, or QA testing). Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT , GitHub Copilot ) to improve efficiency in scripting, troubleshooting, or documentation. Requirements: 1–3 years of IT support/helpdesk experience (academic or SaaS environment preferred). Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Center , Entra ID (Azure AD) , and Exchange Online . Experience managing LMS platforms (Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, or similar). Familiarity with Jira Service Management (JSM) or other ITSM/ticketing tools. Exposure to scripting or automation (PowerShell, Python, or similar). Interest or prior experience in web development or DevOps tasks. Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written). Ability to work remote night shifts aligned with Toronto (EST) timezone. Salary Range: ₹4.5 – ₹6.5 LPA depending on experience, communication skills, and product development interest.
