Role Description

The Admissions & Outreach Manager will play a key role in managing the admissions process from lead creation to admission conversion and developing effective strategies to engage with the community and prospective families. Responsibilities include overseeing student enrollment, executing public relations campaigns, fostering relationships with local communities, and planning outreach initiatives to promote the school. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vadodara, requiring strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Public Relations skills to effectively represent the school to diverse stakeholders
• Experience in Community Outreach and building relationships with local organizations and families
• Proficiency in Sales and the ability to develop strategies to attract prospective students
• Competence in Project Management to plan, execute, and oversee campaigns and enrollment initiatives
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work collaboratively with a team
• Previous experience in admissions, education management, or a related field is a plus
