Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, for an Admission Counsellor. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing detailed information about IPB’s offerings, and addressing inquiries. The role involves handling student queries, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining effective communication. Additionally, the counsellor will work to build strong relationships and assist in achieving enrollment targets through proactive engagement with students and parents.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to interact effectively with students and parents.
• Experience in Customer Service and Sales, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Knowledge or experience in Education-related roles is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
