Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in Noida. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing them with accurate program and application information, and addressing their queries. Key tasks include engaging with potential students via various communication channels, building rapport, conducting interviews, and assisting in the enrollment process. The role involves effectively promoting the school’s offerings and maintaining excellent customer service standards to ensure a positive experience for candidates.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills.
• Experience in Customer Service, with the ability to address queries and build relationships.
• Sales skills, including consultation and persuasion abilities, to guide prospective students through the enrollment process.
• Understanding of the education sector or experience in working within an academic environment is a plus.
• Relevant educational qualifications, preferably a Bachelor’s degree.
• Confidence in handling inquiries proactively and maintaining a positive attitude.
