Role Overview

The Admission Officer will be responsible for handling student enquiries, counseling students and parents about suitable programs, managing the admission process, and supporting the overall enrollment targets of the institute. This role requires strong communication, people skills, and attention to detail to ensure every student receives a smooth and positive admission experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Counseling

• Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online enquiries from students and parents.
• Counsel students on available courses, exams (JEE/NEET/Foundation), scholarships, and institute offerings.
• Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into admissions.

Admission Process

• Guide students and parents through the complete admission process.
• Explain fee structures, scholarships, payment schedules, and documentation requirements.
• Maintain accurate admission records in the CRM system.

Coordination & Support

• Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.
• Assist with scholarship/entrance tests (Khoj, Udaan, ACST, etc.) registration and result communication.
• Support in organizing seminars, workshops, and parent counseling sessions.

Reporting & Targets

• Achieve monthly and annual admission targets as per branch goals.
• Provide daily/weekly reports on enquiries, conversions, and follow-ups.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in the system.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Management, Education, Marketing, or related fields).
• 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or sales (preferably in the education/coaching sector).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
