Admission Manager

Position Overview:

LurnEx Skill Tech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, dynamic, and result-oriented Female Admission Manager to manage and execute the student admission process from inquiry to enrollment. The ideal candidate must have a strong educational background, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for working in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete admission process, from initial inquiry to final enrollment.
• Handle walk-in, phone, and online inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Counsel students and parents to help them choose appropriate programs and courses.
• Follow up with leads to achieve admission and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for campaigns, events, and student onboarding.
• Maintain student records, admission data, and CRM entries accurately.
• Prepare regular admission updates and performance reports for management.
• Ensure a welcoming and supportive environment for students and parents.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is mandatory.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Experienced candidates with a background in admissions, counseling, or customer service will be given preference.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.

Immediate joiners will be given priority.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
