Admission Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end student admission processes across all BSVT campuses.
• Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and social media.
• Provide academic counseling to prospective students and parents to help them choose the right program.
• Conduct presentations and student engagement programs in colleges, ITIs, and polytechnic institutions.
• Maintain admissions dashboards, enquiry follow-ups, and ensure target achievement.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation activities.
• Support in organizing admission campaigns, seminars, and career guidance events.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation for enrolled students.
• Maintain professional and positive relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (Education / Business / Engineering background preferred).
• Minimum 4–6 years experience in admissions/counseling in a college or training institution.
• Strong communication and presentation skills (English & Kannada/Hindi).

Skills

• Ability to handle student queries and convert leads into admissions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM-based admission tracking.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and ability to work with teams.
• Experience in career counseling and student support services.
• Ability to travel for field visits, institutional tie-ups, and recruitment drives.
• Good convincing skills and strong customer relationship management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
