About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Source new sales opportunities through outbound calling. 2. Communicate with customers, make outbound calls to potential customers, and follow up on leads. 3. Understand customers' needs and pitch offerings accordingly. 4. Answer potential customers' questions and send additional information via email. 5. Identify the right leads and create rapport with new prospects through phone, email, and in-person meetings. 6. Close sales and achieve sales targets. 7. Follow up with prospects and schedule appointments with the Sales Manager for further development and closure. 8. Maintain and expand the database of prospects across different regions in India. 9. Provide appropriate reports and analysis on a daily/weekly basis and solicit feedback. Requirements: 1. Must have outstanding communication abilities and enjoy engaging with customers. 2. Exhibit enthusiasm and confidence in communication. 3. Demonstrates strong listening skills. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel. 5. Capable of achieving set targets. 6. Fluent in both English and Hindi.
