Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Connect with prospective students through calls, emails, and live chat to understand their educational background, interests, and career goals.
Provide clear and accurate information about Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs, including eligibility criteria, curriculum, academic pathways, and career prospects.
Counsel students and recommend suitable programs based on their strengths, aspirations, and long-term objectives.
Support students throughout the entire admission lifecycle—from explaining requirements to document verification and final enrollment.
Conduct regular follow-ups to track student interest, resolve queries, and achieve monthly enrollment and engagement targets.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions, counselling notes, and updates in theCRM system for smooth coordination with internal teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).
Prior experience in academic counseling, tele-counseling, student support, or advising is an advantage.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and guide students confidently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
