Job Description

Attend and respond to admission inquiries via calls, walk-ins, emails, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
Counsel parents regarding school curriculum, facilities, fee structure, transport, and extracurricular opportunities.
Schedule and coordinate interaction/assessment sessions between students, teachers, and academic heads.
Conduct school tours for visiting parents and represent the school positively.
Ensure timely follow-up with inquiries to achieve conversion targets.
Support the admission form filling process and verify required documents.
Maintain accurate admission records and update student data in the ERP/CRM system.
Assist in organizing admissions campaigns, open houses, and outreach activities.
Work in collaboration with the marketing team for social media leads and promotional events.
Prepare and share daily/weekly admission status reports with the management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
