Who We’re Looking For

Whether you’re a fresh graduate or someone with 0–3 years of experience in EdTech, sales, or counseling — if you’re energetic, motivated, and love talking to people, we want you on our team! Strong communication skills in English and Hindi are a must.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with 80–100 potential learners daily via calls and video interactions.
• Understand their career goals and educational background to recommend suitable upskilling programs.
• Convince and convert leads into enrollments by providing consultative, tailored guidance.
• Maintain accurate data and follow-up records in our CRM system.
• Work with the team to optimize sales and conversion strategies.

What You Bring to the Table

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers are welcome; prior EdTech or sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Motivated, energetic, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
