About the Role:

Senior Admission Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage and counsel prospective students via calls and walk-ins.
• Explain course details, benefits, and career opportunities in digital marketing.
• Manage and update leads, follow-ups, and enrollments in the CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
• Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain a professional approach during counseling and presentations.

Skills & Requirements:

• Graduate in Marketing, Counseling, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in tele-calling, counseling, or direct sales (education/banking preferred).
• Good understanding of Digital Marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, Social Media, etc.).
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel.
• Formal attire and professional conduct mandatory.
