Compensation: Up to 7.5 LPA (including 20% Sales Incentives)
Industry: Open to all industries, with a focus on BFSI (Big ticket size - approx. 10 lacs)
Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Career Counsellors / Senior Career Counsellors to join our team , located at Amity University, Noida. As a Career Counsellor, you will be responsible for guiding students and professionals in making informed career decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide career guidance and counselling to students and professionals
- Conduct psychometric assessments and interpret results
- Develop and deliver career development programs
- Build relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Collaborate with team members to achieve goals
Requirements:
- 6 months to 5 years of experience in career counselling or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of career development principles and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Passion for helping others achieve their career goals
