Role & responsibilities Counsel students and apprising them with program features, pedagogy, curriculum • Clarify and handle questions pertaining to course, program selection and career planning • Having discussions with parents/other counsellors and clarifying their doubts • Work with the marketing team to help them drive more traffic and generate more leads, based on your feedback • Maintaining MIS reports Preferred candidate profile Very good communication skills, fluent in the required language (as per the below table) • Must be a self-starter and should be able to work with minimum guidance • Attitude to work in a start-up environment • Experience of working with an education company is preferred Perks and benefits compititive salary incentives
