Position: Admission Counsellor (EdTech) Location: Bangalore (Work from Office) Shifts: Day Shifts Key Requirements: - Qualification: Graduate or above. Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi.Experience: MBA, marketing freshers or graduate with 6 months to 7 years in sales (edtech experience). Age: 18-30 years. Work Days: 6 days/week. Sunday fixed off. Salary & Perks: - Salary: Fresher: Up to 4.2 LPA (depends on communication skills & last drawn salary).Fixed Incentives + Corporate Benefits. Experience: Up to 6 LPA (depends on communication skills & last drawn salary).-Fixed Incentives + Corporate Benefits. Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for the development of continuous improvement. Responsible for student admission and achieve their targets. Provides coaching and mentoring to team members. Deliver information on programs , promotions and products via phone Understand customer needs / requirements and pitch a suitable program Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas. Counselling, Interacting with students and Parents. Provides feedback to senior management and functional counterparts on market dynamics , product issues and competition.
