Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Admission Counsellor to join a preschool team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a preschool setting and a strong passion for guiding parents through the admission process. As an Admission Counsellor, you will be responsible for managing inquiries, providing detailed information about the preschool s programs, and helping families make informed decisions about their childs education. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming inquiries and provide detailed information about the preschool s programs, curriculum, and admission procedures. Schedule and conduct campus tours for prospective parents and children. Assist in the preparation and completion of admission forms and documentation. Follow up with prospective families, address their concerns, and answer questions regarding the enrollment process. Maintain and update records of all inquiries and admissions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Coordinate with the school management and other departments to ensure smooth admission processes. Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive and welcoming experience for prospective families. Develop and implement strategies to attract new students and increase enrollments. Work with the marketing team to promote the preschool and participate in promotional events as needed. Requirements Must have prior Preschool experience. Minimum 1 year of experience as an Admission Counsellor in a preschool setting. Excellent command of English and exceptional communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with parents and children. Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Female candidates only. Benefits Competitive salary in the range of 20,000 - 30,000 per month.
