Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Guide prospective students by providing detailed information about our Cyber Security courses and career benefits. Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with potential candidates and close admissions effectively. Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly. Utilize exceptional communication and negotiation skills to meet and exceed admission targets. Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the database. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align admissions goals with company objectives. Requirements: Freshers and experienced candidates with 0-3 years of experience are welcome. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in handling admission-related queries over calls. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. A proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving goals.
