Handling queries over telephone and walk-ins. Face to Face counseling of the prospective parents and converting them to admissions. Responsible for handling day-to-day operations at the Front Desk & maintaining reports as required. Desired Candidates Attributes: A Bachelor’s degree in any related field may be preferred. Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to handle pressure during critical admissions seasons. Strong English communication skills with the ability to deliver information effectively and persuasively. Highly organized with a distinct propensity for timelines and professionalism.
