Roles and Responsibilities Manage admission counselling process from lead generation to enrollment. Conduct cold calls to generate leads and convert them into potential students. Provide career counseling to students on various courses offered by the institution. Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and convincing abilities. Meet sales targets by generating revenue through successful admissions. Desired Candidate Profile 1-2 years of experience in Admission Counselling, Student Counseling, or related field. Strong convincing ability with excellent communication skills (verbal & written). Proven track record of meeting sales targets and generating revenue growth. Proficiency in using technology for lead generation, management, and conversion.
