Admission Counsellor

An Admission Counselor for a preschool is responsible for guiding parents through the admissions process, answering questions, and managing enrollment. Key duties include conducting school tours, processing applications, and helping to achieve enrollment targets. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential for this role. Core responsibilities

• Admissions process management: Guide prospective parents through all steps of the admission process, from initial inquiry to enrollment.
• Information and tours: Provide detailed information about the preschool's programs, policies, and curriculum. Conduct tours of the facility and answer questions to showcase the school's strengths.
• Parent communication: Act as the primary point of contact for parents, addressing concerns and building positive relationships.
• Application and enrollment: Assist parents with filling out application forms and ensure all required documents are collected.
• Data management: Maintain accurate records of inquiries and admissions, often using a CRM system.
• Target achievement: Work towards meeting monthly admission targets and converting leads into confirmed enrollments.
