Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Admission Counsellor to join our admissions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing information about our academic programs, and ensuring a smooth enrollment experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, and in person.

Provide detailed and accurate information about courses, eligibility, admission procedures, and campus facilities.

Follow up with leads and maintain a strong database of prospective students.

Assist students throughout the application and enrollment process.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth admission process.

Participate in school fairs, open houses, and other promotional events.

Maintain records of interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Pleasant personality and ability to build rapport with students and parents.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
