About the Internship

We are seeking motivated and dynamic Admission Counsellor Interns who are passionate about guiding students towards the right career path in technology. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, interest in the education/training domain, and a basic understanding of IT courses like Data Science, Data Analytics, Python, and Full Stack Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with potential students via calls, messages, and in-person meetings to understand their career goals.
• Explain available courses (Data Science, Data Analytics, AI/ML, Full Stack Development, etc.) and guide them on suitable learning paths.
• Maintain and update the student database using CRM tools.
• Follow up with interested leads to ensure maximum conversions.
• Coordinate with the marketing and technical teams for promotional campaigns and events.
• Assist in organizing counselling sessions, demo classes, and student engagement activities.
• Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets assigned by the management.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Good verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi).
• Basic knowledge or awareness of IT training domains — Data Science, Data Analytics, AI/ML, Python, and Full Stack.
• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle queries and build rapport with students.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and goal-oriented mindset.

Internship Duration

• 4 Months (Full-Time | On-Site)
• Time: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Stipend

• ₹3,000 – ₹7,000 per month (based on performance and interview evaluation)
• Top-performing interns may be considered for permanent roles post internship.
