What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle inbound student inquiries with clarity and confidence.
• Make outbound follow-up calls and convert leads into admissions.
• Explain course details, training schedules, fees, and benefits.
• Build rapport with students and help them choose the right program.
• Support the team in events, seminars, and workshops.
• Manage day-to-day office activities & tele-calling (database provided).
• Work closely with the team to meet targets and grow together.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Good command of English (speaking + writing).
• Basic knowledge of Word, Excel & comfortable using a computer.
• Internet savvy + active on social media platforms.
• A positive mindset, patience, and the ability to handle student questions with ease.

Work Details

Full-time | On-site (Indore)

Mon–Sat | 9-hour day shift

Salary

₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month + performance-based incentives
