Job Title: Admission Counselor Location: Adyar, chennai Company: Aspira Design Job Type: Full-time About Us: Aspira Design is a leading creative learning institute offering professional courses in UI/UX Design and related fields. We help students build successful design careers through expert mentorship, hands-on training, and placement support. Aspira Innovative Learning is looking for candidates who has 1 - 5 years experience in an admission counselor or Tele sales role. Roles & Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls related to course inquiries. Counsel prospective students about courses, fees, and career opportunities. Follow up on leads and maintain student records in CRM. Guide students through the admission process until successful enrollment. Meet monthly admission targets. Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for smooth operations. Qualification & Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong convincing and presentation abilities. Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets. Prior experience in counseling, sales, or customer service is an added advantage. Background in Psychology Degree is an added advantage.
