ADMISSION / Academic Counsellor for JEE / NEET

Job Description

Manage and coordinate the entire admissions process smoothly and professionally. Counsel students and parents to help them choose the right academic path. Generate and convert leads into successful admissions . Participate actively in field marketing activities , including home visits and local promotions. Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to increase outreach and enrollment. Manage end-to-end admission processes from inquiry to enrollment. Conduct effective counselling sessions for students and parents—both in person and via calls. Regularly follow up with leads to ensure maximum conversion into admissions . Participate in field activities , such as home visits, school/college tie-ups, and seminars. Collaborate with the marketing team to support on-ground campaigns and events . Maintain accurate records of enquiries, leads, and admissions in CRM or tracking tools.
