Role Overview: You will be responsible for directing the day-to-day functions of the skilled nursing facility to ensure the highest quality care for residents. Your role will involve planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing facility programs in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Direct the facility's programs and activities in alignment with governing board guidelines - Assist department directors in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and professional standards - Ensure all personnel receive appropriate training on policies and procedures related to protected health information - Assume administrative authority for directing facility activities and programs - Conduct in-service classes, participate in training programs, and meet regularly with department directors - Enforce safety regulations for facility personnel, residents, and visitors - Authorize the purchase of major equipment and supplies following established policies and procedures Qualifications Required: - A Bachelor's Degree is necessary; a degree in Public Health Administration, Business Administration, or a health-related field is preferred but not required - Minimum of two years experience in a supervisory role in a hospital or nursing facility - Must possess a current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrators license or meet the licensure requirements of the State,
