Job Description

The Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient office operations by managing administrative tasks, coordinating communication, and supporting different teams within the organization. This role supports the workforce and management to maintain a productive and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the company’s operational policies, procedures, and daily business activities to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Implement business strategies and plans developed with the CEO and executive team to meet short and long-term objectives.
  • Lead and manage operational departments: finance, marketing, HR, operations, and customer service.
  • Develop, monitor, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure company goals are achieved.
  • Prepare operational and management reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Manage budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and operational resource allocation.
  • Identify areas for process enhancement and lead initiatives for business process optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and board members.
  • Collaborate closely with CEO and executive team for strategic planning and business development.

Required Qualifications and Education

  • Schooling: Completed education exclusively from CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) or ICSE (Indian Certificate of Secondary Education) boards.
  • Degree: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of at least 3+ years in senior leadership roles within operations or related functions.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, operations management, and team leadership.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and operational expenses.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex business information and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with performance metrics, data analytics, and use of business software tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹19,428.16 - ₹25,693.26 per month
