This open position is for Armanino India LLP, which is located in India. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino . Responsibilities Responsible for the sourcing and purchasing of office consumables and office equipment s, generating savings through research and purchase of the most cost-effective equipment. Regular follow-ups with various vendors and with employees for various tasks Maintain petty cash and office expenses. Organizing events, induction programs, Birthday celebrations, Annual day celebration and Festival celebration Supervise cafeteria operations, coordinating with vendors. Manage and block meeting rooms and training rooms as required, maintain cleanliness, arrange necessary stationeries. Maintain attendance records for housekeeping staff. Organize special lunches/dinners for teams on their request from the contracted vendors. Submitting the bills to finance received by vendor for their food arrangements for processing payments. Make travel & hotel reservations. Prepare MIS, Achievements and Issues report for the month. Co-ordination with multiple departments / vendors for smooth functioning of work related to the Office. Keeping record of important documents in files including letters, invitations, dates of meeting Look after admin facility including maintaining cleanliness and day to day operations. Any other administrative work related to the office and employees. Requirements Bachelor s or master s degree in any domain Strong organizational skills Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills Good teamwork & coordination skills Strong ability to multitask and work on multiple projects at once. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills is a must. Must be able to work in a fast paced, high-volume environment. Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
