We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day administrative operations and ensuring effective communication and documentation across departments. Key Responsibilities:  Communicate effectively with customers through verbal and written channels, including professional email correspondence.  Organize, manage, and maintain physical and digital documentation for easy access and compliance.  Prepare business proposals, quotations, and purchase orders in coordination with the sales and operations teams.  Maintain records of bills, invoices, and other financial documents accurately.  Utilize the company’s CRM system for updating customer records, tracking interactions, and managing workflow.  Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations. Requirements:  Proven experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.  Strong written and verbal communication skills.  Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)  Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.  Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling documents and data. Educational Qualification:  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
