Key Responsibilities: Calendar management organizing and tracking appointments.Administer and maintain daily front office operations, including greeting clients, responding to phone calls, and performing billing tasks with 100% accuracy. Maintaining and organizing important documents is essential for efficient record-keeping.Organized the company event, drafting the mail and support to directors.Managed incoming client calls, transferred calls to appropriate departments and answered client concerns.Creating, editing, and distributing documents, such as presentations, reports, and correspondence.Scheduling the appointment, meetings and travel arrangements . Qualification :1-2 years of experience.Excellent in English verbal & Written communication.Office supply and inventory management.Planning events and making travel arrangements.
