Our team is growing, and we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to handle administrative tasks, customer service, and order management for our online store while also assisting with the recruitment process for our agency. Role Overview: This role is split into two key areas: Recruitment Agency Support Assist with general administrative tasks for our recruitment agency. Screen applicants and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements. Maintain and update our recruitment database. eCommerce Customer Service & Order Management Manage customer service inquiries via email and chat. Process manual sales and track orders efficiently. Oversee order management, ensuring smooth fulfillment and delivery. Monitor and update tracking information for customers. Additional Responsibilities: General administrative support across both businesses. Maintain and organize documentation and data records. Coordinate between different teams to ensure smooth operations. Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices. Who You Are: Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Strong multitasking skills and ability to prioritize tasks. Experienced in customer service and/or administrative roles. Proficient in using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and order management tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Skills & Experience: Prior experience in both customer service and recruitment is a plus.
