Job Description

As an Administrative Assistant at our organization, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to our HR department. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling day-to-day office operations and performing general administrative duties. - Managing correspondence, emails, and phone calls promptly and professionally. - Maintaining and organizing records, files, and documentation (both physical and digital). - Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives. - Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required. - Coordinating with internal departments and external vendors or clients. - Monitoring office supplies and placing orders when necessary. - Assisting in basic accounting or HR tasks such as timesheets, expense tracking, or data entry. - Coordinating with insurance companies and following up for claims. - Supervising Company Accommodations.
