Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant based in Raipur. The Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of tasks, including providing general administrative support, managing schedules and appointments, answering calls with professional phone etiquette, and organizing and maintaining files. The role also involves assisting executives with clerical tasks and administrative needs while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance
• Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills for managing debtors
• Experience in performing Clerical Skills such as organizing files and managing paperwork
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and time management abilities
• Proficiency in software tools, including Microsoft Office Excel and Tally
• Ability to work effectively in a professional on-site environment
• Bachelors’ Degree in commerce is a must
