Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Jaleswar. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing general administrative support, managing phone communications, assisting executive staff, organizing and maintaining files, and performing clerical tasks as needed. The role involves handling day-to-day administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with different teams
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
