Job Title: Administration Officer /Manager / Executive On site.

Location: Lohara

Experience Required: 4 -10 Years

Skills - SAP, Vehicle & Transportation, Guest House & Accommodation Canteen Management.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administration Professional with strong experience in handling a wide range of administrative operations. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in SAP, PR, PO processes and demonstrate proven expertise in vehicle, canteen, transportation, accommodation, and guest house management for large-scale employee strength (1000+).

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Operations:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative activities across the site.

SAP / PR / PO Management:

  • Handle Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) through SAP.

Vehicle & Transportation Management:

  • Manage company vehicles, driver schedules, and maintenance.
  • Oversee employee transportation facilities, route planning, and vendor coordination for buses/cabs.

Guest House & Accommodation Management:

  • Manage accommodation for 1000+ employees, including allocation, maintenance, and vendor management.

Canteen & Food Services:

  • Oversee canteen operations, food quality, hygiene, and employee satisfaction.
  • Manage meal planning, billing, and coordination with catering vendors.

Vendor & Facility Management:

  • Handle vendor negotiations, agreements, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Monitor facility maintenance, housekeeping, and security services.

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure all admin-related statutory compliance.
  • Maintain and present periodic reports to management on admin operations, expenses, and improvements.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of

    SAP

    (PR, PO modules)
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Experience in vehicle, transport, and accommodation management
  • Vendor management and negotiation skills
  • Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP systems

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: BBA / MBA / PG Diploma in Administration or related field)
