Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, visual merchandising standards, and operational protocols. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop store teams, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity. Sales & Performance: Drive sales targets by analyzing store performance metrics, implementing strategic initiatives, and optimizing product placement and inventory levels. Customer Experience: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service, prompt issue resolution, and maintaining a welcoming store environment. Training & Development: Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing coaching for existing staff to enhance product knowledge and service skills. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with supply chain teams for replenishments, and oversee inventory audits to minimize shrinkage. Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, customer feedback, and operational challenges to the Regional Ret Ail Manager.
